- 1) Non refundable deposit of £100 per week to secure booking
- 2) Balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure
3) Payment to be made either by cheque or directly into our bank account
4) On arrival a payment of 150 euros will need to be made. 100 euros for key/security payment – this is refundable subject to no damage or breakages. 50 euros to cover cleaning costs following your departure
5) If transfers to and from the airport are required we will need notice at the time of balance monies being made. (6 weeks before). We will also require flight nos and times. Payment for transfers to be paid locally on arrival
6) All prices quoted for property rentals are per week and NOT per person. This is to include full use of the pool, sat tv, elec and gas and supplied bedding. Please bring both bathroom and beach towels
- 7) Golf bookings can be made upto 6 weeks in advance. We will require the payment for the golf sessions at the same time as the balance payment being made. Once we have secured your golf booking we will then inform you of your dates and tee times.
